    2025 Reading Vouchers Sign-up

    The Sauerbeck Family Drive-In is excited to bring back our "Reading Voucher" program for its 4th year!
    We want to support reading in our community, so we partner with schools and libraries to provide a reward for children reaching their reading goals.
    Interested schools or libraries can complete the form below to receive customized vouchers free of charge!

    Our printed Vouchers allow readers to track their progress and it can be used as a bookmark.
    When they reach their goal, a teacher or librarian can sign off.
    The validated voucher can then be brought to the Drive-In for a 
    FREE Child ticket or $5 off carload price!

    **Reading Vouchers will be available at all Oldham County Library Branches by 2/21/2025 for any student whose school is not participating or in homeschool!**
    PTO representative, Librarian, teacher, etc... *should have authority to request vouchers on behalf of the school/program
    Homeschools or any organization with fewer than 50 students can pick-up vouchers at any of the Oldham County Public Library branches.
    Vouchers will be mailed or can be picked up at the Drive-In.
    Choose what you would like the goal to be. Space for tracking the goal will be printed on the vouchers. i.e. 10 checkboxes if the goal is to read 10 books *If you would like to design your own goal, write it in below. If you already set a goal for each child you can select "Reach Your Reading Goal" **If you need more than one goal design, please submit two requests (i.e. Elementary and Middle Schools)
    Design your own reading goal if you do not want one of the predefined options above.
    Provide the number of vouchers needed. Homeschools or any organization with fewer than 50 students can pick-up vouchers at any of the Oldham County Public Library branches.
    Customize your Reading vouchers by providing your school logo or mascot!
    Max file size: 20MB
    Color logo is OK but will be printed in Black and White. Square size fits best.
